Bottling: No cleaning and filtration, 2000 bottles.

Total Sulphites: 52 mg / l
Serving temperature: From 12 to 14°C.
Wine features:
Combining with food: It goes well with pork, sheep&goat meat.
Ageing potential: The wine is ripe and good to drink.
