Vineyard location: plateau with a mild southern exposition
Soil structure: sandstone, clay
Harvesting: thinning the grapes when they soften, manual harvest
Vinification: spontanic fermentation with maceration for 7days, soft pressing
Maturation: maturation in an oak barrel for 12 months with fine lees
Bottling: no cleaning and filtration, 4500 bottles
Alcohol: 14,5 % vol
Total Sulphites: 51 mg / l
Serving temperature: from 10 to 12°C
Wine features: The wine is gold yellow in colour with amber shade. We can smell overripe fruits. Mid body, mineral, tasty and pretty tannic with a long aftertaste.
Combining with food: It goes well with poultry, fish from grill, pasta.
Ageing potential: It will achieve its best after 5 years.
