Grape variety: laški rizlig 50%, poljšakica 40%, malvazija 10%
Vineyard location: flat with a mild southern exposition
Soil structure: sandstone, clay
Harvesting: Thinning the grapes when they soften, manual harvest.
Vinification: Fermentation with maceration for 5 days, soft pressing and pouring into barrels.
Maturation: In oak and acacia barrels for 6 months.
Bottling: No cleaning and filtration, 2000 bottles.
Alcohol: 12,0% vol
Total Sulphites: 39 mg/l
Serving temperature: from 10 to 12°C
Wine features: The wine is gold orange in colour. A midle fresh bouquet of lemons, camomile, honey and smoke. The taste is dry, tannic, fresh, tasty, medium long.
Combining with food: It goes well with roasted vegetables, rissoto and pasta with sea food, roasted freshwater and sea fish, roasted poultry, poultry pate, fresh cheese.
Ageing potential: The wine is ripe and good to drink, but in years it will gain the harmony and drinkability. It will achieve its best after 3 years.
