Harvesting: Thinning the grapes when they start to colour, manual harvest.
Vinification: Fermentation with maceration for 14 days, soft pressing and pouring into oak barrels - barrique.
Maturation: 24 months in barique barrels
Bottling: 2000 bottles
Alcohol: 13,5 % vol
Total Sulphites: 42 mg / l
Serving temperature: from 18 to 20°C
Wine features: Deep ruby colors. Very ripe, cherry compote, with a nice measure of new wood, vanilla. Dry in mouth, strong, pretty fresh and tannic
Combining with food: It goes well with , red meat (roasted, grill ), dried meat , salami, aged and spicy cheese.
Ageing potential: It will achieve its best after 8 years.
