Vineyard location: terraces, south, flat with a mild southern exposition
Soil structure: marl, sandstone, flysch

Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with maceration for 7 days, soft pressing
Maturation: maturation in an oak barrel (tin) for 12 months with fine lees
Bottling: no cleaning and filtration, 5500 bottles

Serving temperature: from 12 to 14°C
Wine features: Deeper, golden yellow, color, cloudy. The bouquet is pronounced. Ripe peach, dried apricot, slightly tarry, balsamic notes in the background. A rich, inviting bouquet. In the mount dry, full of flavor, with a clear tannin grip. Intense and persistent.
Combining with food: It goes well with poultry, fish shellfish, veal, matured cheese.
Ageing potential: It will achieve its best after 5 years.
