Grape variety: Malvazija 40 %, Pinela 30 % and Rebula 30 %
Vineyard location: terraces, south, flat with a mild southern exposition
Soil structure: marl, sandstone, flysch
Harvesting: thinning the grapes when they soften, manual harvest
Vinification: Fermentation with maceration for 5 days, soft pressing
Maturation: maturation in an oak barrel (tin) for 12 months with fine lees
Bottling: no cleaning and filtration, 2500 bottles
Alcohol: 13,5 % vol
Total Sulphites: 47 mg / l
Serving temperature: from 12 to 14°C
Wine features: The wine is clean, gold yellow in colour. We can smell overripe fruit, dried flowers. The wine is dry, fresh, full body, bitter, tasty with a long taste.
Combining with food: It goes well with poultry, fish, veal, matured cheese.
Ageing potential: It will achieve its best after 5 years.
