Wine features: Lemon yellow colour with greenish shades. A strong, fresh bouquet of lemons and apples, flavour of lime, tropical fruit. In the mouth it tastes dry, fresh, discrete bouquet, elegant.
Combining with food: It goes well with fish, young cheese, pasta.
Ageing potential: The wine is ripe and appropriate for drinking.
